Welcome to Janine MaRee Art website.

By purchasing artwork, fine art prints or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Original Artwork

All artworks offered for sale are original works created by Janine MaRee unless otherwise stated.

Artwork is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a purchased artwork is unavailable, you will be contacted promptly and offered a full refund.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are open edition giclée prints created from original artworks by Janine MaRee

Each print is made to order on 308gsm cotton rag paper with archival pigment inks. Prints are presented with a white border, ready for the frame of your choice. Print dimensions include a white border of around 12 mm (½ inch), ready for your choice of framing‍, with margins adjusted to suit the artwork.

As each print is created specifically for your order, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production prior to dispatch. During particularly busy periods, production and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price displayed at the time of purchase will be honoured.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included for original artworks and fine art prints delivered within Australia. Every artwork and fine art print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Original artworks are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Fine art prints are made to order and are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days.

International collectors are welcome. International shipping for original artworks is quoted individually prior to purchase. International shipping for fine art prints is a $10 flat rate added at checkout. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes and any import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

During exhibitions, holidays or particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once your artwork or fine art print has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details. While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays with shipping carriers are outside my control.

Returns

Please choose carefully, as original artworks and made to order fine art prints cannot be returned for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the artwork and packaging, so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No artwork may be reproduced, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each original artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Colours

Every effort is made to accurately represent each artwork and fine art print. Please note that slight variations in colour and tone may occur due to the nature of the printing process and differences in screens and devices.
